I guess it depends. I'm straying a little from the strict definition of fallen, and messing with the religious aspect of it. As in, shades of gray vs. good and evil, straying from the Bible interpretation and all the stuff from the Book of Enoch. Not all the demons in the boys' universe are going to be strictly evil and their angels are not going to be beacons of good moral behaviour.
