I'm sort of hoping the show will eventually get around to addressing what a demon really is aside from a moniker they've thrown on a particular type of evildoer, and whether or not the boys are tipping a cosmic balance of some sort.

Oh, boy! Yeah, that one's coming, and Dean let him get away with shooting him, but hitting him with his own car? Unforgivable. LOL
