Okay, I had no idea about the depth of the angelic obsession. Mine mainly comes from RPG'ing one in a hilariously complicated game, and they do pop up easily in the SPN world. Now that she's popped up and is wandering around, she'll probably be back. She's a Grigori and her name is Anane. The great thing about Grigori is that they're not really accepted by the angelic community at large since they're fringe, and disobediant, but they're not necessarily fallen, either. Dean would make a fabulous Grigori.
